What We Do
Our projects
promoting a different form of social volunteering in the native communities of the Peruvian Andes
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of women and children in the Andean communities of central and southern Peru, helping to improve education, nutrition and their health, always in accordance with and respect for their Andean culture and values.
This is also an experience to get to know the Peruvian Andes and the central jungle in a direct and experiential way, its beautiful landscapes, its native populations and its diverse cultural traditions in a rewarding, true and fun experience of social work and cultural exchange.
Participate as a volunteer
You will have the opportunity to participate in this social volunteering directly, this means that you can develop your personal skills face to face with the population, achieving a greater and better form of cultural immersion, social assistance and mutual learning.
Develop an internship
A way to put all your knowledge and professional skills into practice in a social project of direct field work, being part of a multicultural and multidisciplinary team where you will have the continuous support of professionals with university training and research in socio-cultural issues with years of practical experience
as coordinator of the organization
It is a unique opportunity to direct all your vocation of work and social assistance in a local social project with years of experience in community development issues, alternative projects for early childhood education, female empowerment and revaluation of native culture, in addition to immersing hands-on learning in a non-profit organization and its practical challenges
o Fundraiser and other roles
Alternatively or in parallel to the previous ones, you will have the possibility of developing personal campaigns or in union with the organization in order to raise funds to improve the resources of the organization and the various projects, in addition to this, you will be able to participate in other paid roles such as to teach English classes to volunteers, teach courses or coordinate with new candidates among others
